Packaging consultant Sarah Greenwood is a PI on our Many Happy Returns project. Before this she was part of our Plastics: Redefining Single-Use team. Sarah provides technical expertise in both current and future packaging designs for food and Fast Moving Consumer Goods.
With degrees in Physics and Polymer Science from the University of Sheffield, Sarah has over 20 years’ experience in the plastics and packaging industries. Additionally, Sarah has held technical positions at various places, including: BP Performance Films, Asda, Fox’s Biscuits, Mars and SunBranding Solutions.
Sarah now works as a sustainable packaging and plastics specialist. She works with companies from start-ups to blue chips on all aspects of innovation, specification and problem solving.
Sarah is an advisor to Garçon Wines. Garçon Wines flat wine bottle has won multiple awards including the UK Packaging Awards Innovation of the Year 2018.
She is a board member of The Packaging Society, a division of The Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining. She also chairs the North of England Packaging Society. And Sarah enjoys being part of the grass roots music scene in Yorkshire.
