Adam is a marketing and communications specialist with experience working both in-house and as part of an agency for organisations in the UK and abroad.
After graduating from Kingston University with a First Class Honours degree in Creative Writing and English Literature, he spent a brief period as a travel writer based in Berlin before returning to England to work as a content writer for a Sheffield-based marketing agency.
He has extensive experience in the employer branding sector and has worked closely with organisations such as National Trust and AXA to develop digital campaigns to effectively promote their work and attract new talent. He has spoken at industry events including Social Media Week Bristol and provided on-site training and support to establish the social media services at the newly acquired New York office.
In 2021 he relocated to South Korea where, after a brief stint working as an English teacher, he became the marketing manager for a large international school group based in Seoul.
His passion for sustainability and environmental issues has led him to volunteer at conservation projects, wildlife sanctuaries and sustainable farms in England, Indonesia, Malaysia and South Korea. He is now happy to be back in his hometown of Sheffield and excited to use the skills he has developed during his career to promote the incredible research done at the Grantham Centre.
