Scholars find out about the sustainable practices behind pizza

A group of Grantham Scholars got a first-hand look at how sustainable practices can be built into food production.

Cecilie Dyngeland, Nick Moody, Fiona Graham and Monica Ortiz visited Stateside Foods, a company based in Bolton that makes pizzas for sale to supermarkets.

They were given presentations on the firm’s approach to sustainability and taken on a factory tour.
