Do you know which vegetables have the biggest carbon footprint? Or how much fertiliser we use every year?

This quiz, led by researchers from the Grantham Centre for Sustainable Futures, is a fun way to find out how much you know about food, learn more and win prizes! Simply turn up with your team on the day.

This event has been organised by Grantham Scholars, PhD students in the Grantham Centre for Sustainable Futures. It is part of Festival of the Mind, the University of Sheffield’s celebration of academic and creative collaborations.
